What files work best?+
Vector PDF, SVG, AI and EPS files are ideal. High-resolution PNG and JPG artwork can also work when it is large enough for the finished product.
What does print-ready mean?+
The artwork is the correct size, sharp enough to reproduce, uses appropriate colors, and has enough bleed or safe margin for the product.
Can you fix a blurry logo?+
Usually. We can often rebuild or vectorize low-quality artwork so it prints cleanly. We will tell you what is possible before production.
Will I see a proof?+
Yes. You receive a digital proof to check spelling, layout, colors and placement before the project moves into production.
What is the normal turnaround?+
Most standard work is scheduled for 7–10 business days after payment and artwork approval. Rush options may be available.
Do you print copyrighted artwork?+
You must have permission to reproduce trademarks, licensed characters, photographs and other protected artwork.
